Sales Director for Leisure Cruises

AccorCorpo is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Leisure Cruises division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and Implement Action Plans: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales objectives, adapting to evolving market conditions.
- Tactical Activities: Collaborate with global sales teams to drive effective sales campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Revenue Monitoring: Analyze sales performance data, optimize pricing and revenue strategies, and implement corrective actions to enhance revenue performance.
- Professional Events Representation: Coordinate and represent our portfolio at industry events to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and identify new business opportunities.
- Account Portfolio Management: Manage key accounts, nurturing relationships and maximizing revenue opportunities, while collaborating with global sales teams to identify new account acquisition opportunities.
- Guidance and Training: Provide guidance and training to Accor global sales teams, ensuring a consistent approach and understanding of the leisure segment.
- Reporting and Business Intelligence: Establish periodic reports and business intelligence to track performance against objectives, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies.
- Budget Management: Take responsibility for the budget allocated to the leisure segment, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, providing direction, mentorship, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Master's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in leisure sales within the travel and tourism industry, with a strong understanding of the luxury travel, trains, and cruise segments.
