Director of Luxury Leisure Sales

Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort and Spa is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Director of Luxury Leisure Sales. Located in the heart of Greater Palm Springs, our resort is undergoing a property-wide renovation and upbranding from Regency to Grand.

This is a business travel/leisure travel sales position that requires a thorough understanding and competence in sales, account management functions, and the hotel/business travel industry. The ideal candidate will participate in and lead event meetings, sales, and other staff meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Participate in and lead event meetings, sales, and other staff meetings
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated success in business travel or leisure sales
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge, hotelligence, rfp express, lanyon, and salesforce
  • Prefer completion of a Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program or equivalent training
