Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in France.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base within the defined European region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clients
  • Contribute to the development of regional business strategies and growth initiatives
  • Coordinate and manage key customer commercial topics, including RFIs/RFQs and offer preparation
  • Ensure the successful achievement of sales goals across the region and drive individual sales objectives
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
  • Support current partners in their day-to-day activities related to their orders
Requirements
  • Excellent French and English language skills, with additional EU languages considered a plus
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the E-mobility or EV-charging industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Structured approach to work and flexibility to adapt quickly to changing requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM databases
