At Accor, we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Cashier (F&B Service), you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service and a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare daily cashiering forms and operational reports
- Count and handle cash effectively, efficiently, and with integrity, adhering to established accounting procedures
- Stay up-to-date on menus, specialties, and menu items
- Regularly check with the culinary team for non-availability items
- Answer phone calls promptly and efficiently, using the correct greeting
- Perform cashiering procedures according to standards
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly order taker cabin throughout service
- Prepare all necessary operational materials in the order taker cabin and pantry areas
- Report guest comments to the superior and complete guest preference sheets
- Communicate with internal and external customers in a polite, courteous, and constructive manner
- Participate in internal training and necessary meetings
- Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and other departments
- Actively promote hotel services and facilities
- Report any deviations from set standards and procedures to the Manager
- Maintain complete knowledge of F&B services, outlets, hotel services, features, and hours of operation
- Control and maintain delivery timing within standards
- Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
- Able to count and handle cash effectively and efficiently
- Good communication and customer contact skills; good problem resolution skills
- Basic F&B product knowledge
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Minimum secondary education
- Minimum 1-year food and beverage serving experience
- Previous cashiering experience
