About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sector Sales Manager to join our European team at Aggreko, a global leader in providing energy solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the business within the Data Centre sector across France, Italy, and Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy in collaboration with Marketing to drive sales growth in the Data Centre sector.
  • Lead and manage a sales team to foster a high-performing sales culture, following Aggreko's Sales Leadership Blueprint.
  • Oversee the team's opportunity pipeline in the CRM system for forecasting and ensure fiscal targets are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in a similar role.
  • Experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams across multiple European countries.
  • Knowledge of the Data Centre sector, including data center design, construction, and operations.
