Join Astek as a Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Astek, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the commercial strategy for your area of expertise. You will work closely with the Director of BU Aerospace Defense to develop and execute business plans, identify new opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective business strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze business performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement plans to improve business processes and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, economics)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
