Job Title: International Wholesale Business Development Manager

At TBS, we're committed to creating adventures that stand the test of time. As our International Wholesale Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and profitability for our brand in the global market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our international wholesale business, focusing on revenue growth and profitability.
  • Manage and motivate a network of agents and distributors in over 30 countries, ensuring they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prospect new markets and opportunities to increase our brand's presence globally.
  • Collaborate with our product teams to evolve our collections based on market needs and growth opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between our international markets and our headquarters, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Support our export agents and distributors in improving market performance, including training and development.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in managing international wholesale business, preferably in the footwear or sportswear sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the EMEA region and experience in the Asian market would be an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, with Spanish language skills a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel and digital tools, with experience in reading profit and loss statements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • A natural salesperson with a hunter mindset, able to leverage sales growth in existing markets.
