Client Success Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Partner to join our team at 360Learning. As a Client Success Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with our clients to achieve their business and digital training strategy through our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and develop a tailored strategy to achieve their goals.
- Work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure seamless delivery of our platform and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Collaborate with our Account Managers to develop and execute account plans to drive business growth.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Success role.
- Previous experience of working in the SaaS industry.
- Knowledge of customer success KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent English (US/UK) and/or French (B2 level or equivalent).
