As a Client Success Partner at 360Learning, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and digital transformation for our clients. You will partner with our clients to achieve their business objectives through the 360Learning platform, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customized business growth strategies for clients
  • Collaborate with clients to identify key business objectives and create tailored solutions
  • Provide expert guidance on platform usage and best practices
  • Conduct regular audits and analysis to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Success role
  • Previous experience in the SaaS industry
  • Knowledge of customer success KPIs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent English (US/UK)
