About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Partner to join our team at 360Learning. As a Client Success Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on the effective use of our platform to drive business results and improve customer engagement.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with our product team to provide feedback and insights on client needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Client Success role, preferably in the education or corporate training industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving client satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
