About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the Nantes region. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our innovative solutions to key market installers and stakeholders in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell and market our innovative solutions to key market installers with internal commercial, technical, and marketing support.
  • Client Retention: Advise and retain existing clients through office and on-site visits to site managers, project managers, construction managers, buyers, etc.
  • Distributor Management: Manage specialized distributor networks, including electricity, heating/air conditioning/ventilation, fixing, ceiling, acoustics, decoration, etc.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor product and innovation competition.
  • Trade Show Representation: Attend trade shows to introduce our brand to new clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales of innovative products for the construction sector.
