We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of P&C Business Risk Management. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for managing risks associated with our P&C business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and prioritize risks, and develop mitigation plans.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management on risk-related matters, including risk appetite and tolerance.
- Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and monitoring to identify emerging risks and trends.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance risk awareness and skills among employees.

Requirements- Proven experience in risk management, preferably in the P&C insurance industry.

- Strong business acumen and understanding of the P&C insurance industry.
