We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a P&C Long Tail Business Risk Management Expert. As a key member of our Group Risk Management team, you will be responsible for managing risks associated with P&C Long Tail underwriting and claims handling.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and map P&C (re)insurance risks through sound portfolio and business knowledge.
- Contribute to systemic risk modelling activities and risk appetite setup.
- Review and approve standards and policies for insurance, assumed reinsurance, and ceded reinsurance.
- Ensure 2nd line of defence with 2nd opinion on P&C strategic plan, CEO dialogues questions, and Underwriting referrals to Group.
- Steer Standards/Policies breaches identification and remediation.
- Contribute to promote a P&C Risk Management culture throughout the AXA Group.
