As the Sales Performance Manager at Somfy, a leading window and door automation company, your role is crucial to driving sales efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for leading and energizing sales communities, identifying business needs, and driving continual process improvements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and promote the long-term strategic vision for the sales function, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead and energize sales communities by orchestrating interactions among regional sales teams, fostering collaboration and driving sales performance.
  • Identify business needs and establish priorities to align with sales goals, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Assess sales process performance, drive process improvements, and optimize sales processes to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Act as a catalyst for organizational change, guiding teams through sales process transformations and ensuring a smooth transition to new processes.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Training Academy to support team development, providing training and coaching to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Design comprehensive reference materials to support the sales function, ensuring consistency and accuracy in sales processes and procedures.

Requirements

Main Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a matrix organization, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and CRM systems, with experience in designing and implementing roadmaps and processes.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset and competency in data analysis and performance metrics interpretation.
  • Strong experience in project management and team leadership, with the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and time-sensitive situations.
  • Sound knowledge of change management principles, with the capacity to train and support teams in new process adoption.
  • Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.

Language and Education

Fluent English language skills, with a Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on process optimization and a proven track record of driving sales growth and efficiency.

Additional Information

Location: Europe (full remote allowed with close proximity to company offices)

Frequent travel required (40%)

Travel to Headquarters as needed
