Your Role

We are seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator to support our growth trajectory. Reporting directly to the founders, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in client invoicing: generating invoices and managing follow-ups.
  • Coordinating with the accounting firm: sending documentation, collecting and processing accounting materials, and payroll data entry.
  • Managing supplier relationships and ensuring the quality of their services.
  • Occasionally supporting the sales team in drafting quotes and commercial proposals.
  • Participating in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members: posting job openings, scheduling interviews, completing onboarding paperwork, and preparing workstations and welcome packages.
  • Welcoming visitors both in person and over the phone.
  • Overseeing office management and handling mail and deliveries.

Your Qualifications

With a diploma equivalent to Bac +2, you ideally have prior experience in a similar role, particularly in a startup environment.
