Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our international team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new sales prospects, maintaining post-sales contact with large or strategic clients, and communicating with customers regarding account problems and concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather product feedback, enhance product offerings, and develop solutions to meet customer needs
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive products, and pricing
  • Travel to conferences, events, and customer meetings as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years' experience in Field Sales or Account Management or other equivalent experience
  • Solid understanding of business, financials, products/services, and the market
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English
