Key Responsibilities
  • Influence the adoption and evaluation of our Bioproduction products among Biopharmaceutical and Biotech organizations, leveraging our Gibco Cell Culture, Thermo Scientific Single Use Technology, Poros, CaptureSelect, and Applied Biosystems pharma analytics solutions.
  • Maintain and grow business within existing key accounts, while identifying new relationships in emerging segment areas.
  • Utilize judgment and prioritization to allocate resources effectively, driving sales objectives and delivering valuable insights to customers.
  • Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams to bring new proposals to customers, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and lost order reporting, as well as competitive intelligence.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the Bioproduction market or related industries.
  • Established sales history and relationships with upstream and downstream process development groups within key biopharmaceutical accounts in the region.
  • Strong technical skills to discuss and support requirements in Cell and Gene Therapy, recombinant Proteins, and Monoclonal antibodies within Process Development, Pilot Plants, and manufacturing sciences.
  • Knowledge of accounts and key customers, with the ability to interpret customer needs and determine solutions.
  • Strong analytical abilities to analyze territory sales data and technical information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Life science or Chemistry degree (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in English and French.
  • Extensive travel throughout the region.
