We are seeking a Pensions Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Imerys. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate management of direct contact with customers, providing support to commercial teams, and contributing to data collection for new customers. You will work closely with the credit controlling team to manage overdues, coordinate sample management with the Back Office team, and ensure the accurate setup of new customers within the ERP's. Bilingual in English and French, with fluent German or Italian, you will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as knowledge in international trade and incoterms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the accurate management of direct contact with customers
  • Providing support to commercial teams
  • Contributing to data collection for new customers
