About the Role:

As a Senior People Business Partner at Criteo, you will be responsible for all aspects of HR management for part of our R&D and Product teams. As a member of the EMEA People team, you will manage the day-to-day HR activities for around employees, as well as participating in regional and international projects. The role requires a close interaction with our local businesses as well as understanding the business priorities and developing and facilitating value-add HR policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a People business partner for leaders and managers in your scope, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business outcomes.
  • Drive consistent delivery of world-class HR service and manage quality standards, ensuring that all HR processes are efficient and effective.
  • Deliver People-related programs to the region, including annual Performance Reviews, Merit Reviews, training and development, in collaboration with our global People teams.
  • Work closely with an Employee relations expert on ER matters, and be a subject matter expert for all things employment law related.
  • Act as a regional expert in terms of policies and compliance, ensuring that we are compliant in the handling of ER cases, mitigating risks for the business.
  • Operate as one team in close collaboration with other People Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, driving consistency and efficiencies for core People-related processes.
  • Act as a coach to managers to help them become more effective in managing their teams, and be recognized as a subject matter expert in HR management.
  • Drive employee retention and identify and manage Learning & Development opportunities for your scope.

About You:

  • Strong experience (minimum 7 years) in a similar role as an HR Manager/HR Business Partner, with a proven track record of delivering HR services in a global, rapidly transforming company.
  • Knowledge of and experience in French employment legislation, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective way.
  • Excellent understanding of HR Management, development tools & key processes, with the ability to communicate complex HR concepts to non-HR stakeholders.
  • Excellent administrative and technical skills, including HR Information systems and MS Office, with experience with Workday or ServiceNow being a plus.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a rapidly changing and unstructured environment.
  • Fluent in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, technology-oriented business, with a passion for HR and a desire to make a real impact.
