**Job Summary**
Accor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Commercial Director to join our team. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability across our cluster of hotels.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with Accor's brand standards and business objectives.
- Manage sales, marketing, communication, e-distribution, and revenue management functions across the cluster.
- Collaborate with hotel teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of commercial activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in commercial operations and revenue management.
**Requirements**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant management position in the hospitality industry, preferably in a international hotel chain or in South East Asia, particularly in the Maldives.
- Proficiency in data software, spreadsheets, and other business platforms to analyze and interpret commercial data.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
