We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our Nokia team as a Customer Technical Advocate. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in the telecommunications industry and contribute to the success of our team and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact between external customers and Nokia internal organizations, providing exceptional technical support and resolving customer service management issues.
- Manage network upgrade and retrofit preparation and execution, ensuring effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify business opportunities and support the sales and business development team, leveraging technical expertise to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct network performance analysis to assess problems and develop solutions, ensuring optimal network performance and customer satisfaction.
- Understand and manage the relationship of Nokia deliveries in customer networks, communicating changes effectively and ensuring seamless integration.
- Participate in support team activities and take responsibility for work structure, ensuring efficient and effective technical support delivery.
- Strong communications skills, fluent in English and French, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Telecommunication or computer engineering degree, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in business development/management.
- Technical expertise in GPON, FTTH, and xDSL technologies, preferably on Nokia devices (73xx ISAM family), with proficiency in Red Hat Linux and IP domain technical knowledge.
- Presentation skills, with the ability to deliver technical training when required.
- Capability to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment, adapting personal style to create a perception of credibility and confidence.
