About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Post-Delivery Experience Manager to join our French & Belgian Customer Service Team at Amazon France Logistique SAS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through influencing other teams to drive process improvements and implementing data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact for the French CS team for pan-European and Global Post-Delivery Experience projects.
  • Surface and investigate new ideas through quantitative and qualitative analysis of data, processes, and procedures to improve the customer experience and key metrics.
  • Work closely with data to analyze root causes and implement long-term solutions.
  • Develop and present comprehensive project proposals and narratives to senior executives and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service with a focus on data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis.
  • Ability to create and present documentation for senior executives and align plans with Amazon's strategic objectives.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to drive process improvements across teams.
