Post-Delivery Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Post-Delivery Experience Manager to join our French and Belgian Customer Service Team. This role will require influencing other teams to drive change through the use of data-driven insights and comprehensive project proposals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and presenting documentation for senior executives and aligning plans with Amazon's strategic objectives. They will also be skilled in working with data to analyze root causes and implement long-term solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the point of contact for the French CS team for pan-European and Global Post-Delivery Experience projects
  • Surface and investigating ad hoc new ideas through quantitative and qualitative analysis of data, processes, and procedures
  • Fluency in French and English

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related area
  • Work experience in customer service
  • Data-driven decision-making or quantitative analysis skills
