Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive at Minitab, you will be responsible for leading a virtual account team-selling environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for our prospects and customers, driving the identification and qualification of new sales opportunities, developing and executing account and opportunity plans, and generating both new business and renewal business through software product licenses/subscriptions and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of business and drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, measured by their reference ability, Net Promoter Score, customer satisfaction levels, and increased annual recurring revenue levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales enablement and customer success.
- Travel 50-70% for on-site meetings with customers/prospects/partners.
