Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to retain and grow existing customer relationships
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target new business and grow existing account revenue
- Analyze customer information and qualify leads using company systems and sales tools
- Conduct outbound sales calls in a defined geographic territory
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline of prospective opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with customers to respond to inquiries and resolve service issues
- Collaborate with customer-facing groups to develop strategies and execute initiatives
- Participate in continuing education and training to maintain skills and certifications
- Conduct high-quality presentations to internal and external groups
- Identify key decision-makers and develop strategic relationships to facilitate sales opportunities
- Act as an informal leader and mentor to team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, or International Equivalent
- Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License or International Equivalent
- 3+ years' previous sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Supply chain or insurance industry knowledge
- Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to travel within the country
