Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to retain and grow existing customer relationships
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target new business and grow existing account revenue
  • Analyze customer information and qualify leads using company systems and sales tools
  • Conduct outbound sales calls in a defined geographic territory
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline of prospective opportunities
  • Build strategic partnerships with customers to respond to inquiries and resolve service issues
  • Collaborate with customer-facing groups to develop strategies and execute initiatives
  • Participate in continuing education and training to maintain skills and certifications
  • Conduct high-quality presentations to internal and external groups
  • Identify key decision-makers and develop strategic relationships to facilitate sales opportunities
  • Act as an informal leader and mentor to team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, or International Equivalent
  • Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License or International Equivalent
  • 3+ years' previous sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supply chain or insurance industry knowledge
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to travel within the country
