Job Description

Silvr is a leading European Neo-Lender for SMEs, providing fast, secure, and easy-to-access funding for SMBs.

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Account Executive to join our Revenue team. As an Account Executive, you will work closely with French SMBs from various industries, offering them tailored short-term loan solutions to meet their unique financial needs.

Your Missions:
  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking events, email outreach, and cold calling;
  • Qualify leads and assess their financing needs to determine their eligibility for Silvr's offer;
  • Builde and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary: €50,000 per year;
  • Uncapped commission structure;
  • Remote policy: up to 2 days remote per week and a budget for remote equipment (€200);
  • Morning Offices in Paris 2e (including fitness room);

Profile:

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry.

You should have a proven track record of success in a Sales role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in French and at least C1 in English.
