Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the IP and patent industry.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, partners, and new markets.
- Analyze market data and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Forge strategic alliances and partnerships with key industry players, law firms, and technology companies to enhance service offerings.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to maximize mutual benefits.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective sales campaigns.
- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
