About the RoleAs an Enterprise Sales Growth Strategist, you will drive Hightekers' growth in the German and Swiss B2C market by building and strengthening relationships with freelancers within the Engineering and IT sectors, expanding our reach, and fostering a strong presence across Europe.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales and Advisory: Promote and sell Hightekers' innovative services to freelancers in the Engineering and IT industry.
- Sales Strategy Support: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive new customer acquisition.
- Prospect Development: Build and maintain a portfolio of prospects through channels such as Sales Navigator and networking, ensuring consistent follow-up.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Solution Analysis: Analyze client needs to offer tailored solutions to their unique requirements.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms with clients to close deals effectively.
- Portfolio Management: Build and manage a client portfolio across assigned regions, focusing on relationship building and retention.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure service alignment and deliver a seamless client experience.
