Key Responsibilities- Define and Implement Pricing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive pricing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and enhances customer satisfaction.
- Design and Refine Pricing Packages: Create and refine our pricing packages and their presentation to prospects and clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Increase Revenue per User: Identify and transition customers to optimal pricing plans, resulting in increased revenue per user.
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with Strategy, Growth, Product & Tech, Ops, and Finance teams to execute pricing strategies and drive business growth.
- Contribute to Strategic Growth Initiatives: Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction through strategic growth initiatives.
