Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Sales Manager to join our team at Dassault Systèmes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new customer engagements with partners to grow overall revenue with a focus on business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise customers, partners, and sales teams on the value of partner solutions, and recommend qualified partners to support customer needs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive new customer acquisitions and revenue growth with partners.
  • Become a trusted member of the sales team to own deal execution with partners.
  • Identify key customer challenges and drivers to transformation that could be solved with 3DS solutions.
  • Sell on value through assigned offers from Industry and Brand Portfolio within a defined territory.
  • Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Enterprise sales experience.
  • Expertise in the industrial business segment.
  • Proven experience in consultative value selling.
  • Proficient in selling to C-level executives, demonstrating your ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
