Strategic Partner Capacity Manager

Role Overview
As a key member of the Dassault Systèmes team, the Strategic Partner Capacity Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective partner capacity development. This role will involve providing executive coaching to partner organizations, supporting them in developing strategic alignment, campaign generation, and pipeline enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Partner Sales Managers to align strategies and objectives with partner needs
- Develop and implement enablement plans to enhance partner capabilities and resource availability
- Support onboarding and enablement processes, including integration and training
- Provide guidance and feedback to ensure successful outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Substantial experience in Partner Sales or the entire Partner sales life cycle
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and align partnership activities with business goals
- Strong project management skills
