Senior Technical Recruiter - Frontend Engineering
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to focus on sourcing top-tier Frontend Software Engineers for our Engineering division across the EMEA region. This position will encompass the entire recruitment lifecycle: serving as the initial contact for prospective candidates, playing a pivotal role in identifying exceptional talent, articulating the Datadog narrative, and acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ultimately converting outstanding candidates into valuable team members.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment process: Actively identify, evaluate, and assess candidates to ensure their qualifications align with open positions. Collaborate closely with sourcing teams on talent mapping and market insights to enhance our recruitment efforts. Work in partnership with Engineering Leaders across North America and EMEA to strategically plan hiring initiatives across various products and teams. Formulate strategies to cultivate and maintain both active and passive talent pipelines to address roles of diverse complexity while maintaining high-volume hiring. Innovate messaging, job descriptions, and external content/events to enhance our talent acquisition capabilities. Stay informed on the latest recruitment strategies, market trends, and organizational changes. Ensure a positive interview experience for candidates and hiring managers by fostering strong relationships. Enhance our recruitment process by refining interview practices, training interview teams, and developing programs to unlock potential opportunities for both the company and candidates. Proactively address challenges across the region and collaborate with all partners within the recruiting organization and overall people team.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Self-sufficient with a proven ability to manage multiple roles independently. Proficient in promoting value propositions, negotiating, and successfully closing candidates. Capable of operating with urgency throughout all stages of the recruitment cycle. Adaptable to navigate an evolving recruitment landscape. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and prioritization.
