Doctolib is seeking a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to become an integral part of our Talent Acquisition Team. You will play a pivotal role in helping us meet our ambitious recruitment objectives while contributing to the evolution of our workplace culture and collaboration methods. Your expertise will be essential in partnering with Engineering leadership to ensure excellence in operations and recruitment while attracting top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit exceptional technical professionals who are vital for Doctolib to execute an ambitious product strategy aimed at transforming healthcare.
  • Serve as a recruitment authority, driving talent attraction initiatives for our Technical Acquisition teams; from developing sourcing strategies to mastering the art of closing candidates.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, encompassing stakeholder briefings, sourcing, evaluation, and finalizing offers.
  • Facilitate expectation-setting discussions, utilizing data to act as a strategic talent partner to our technical leaders.
  • Engage with and mentor hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Champion the candidate experience, ensuring that all candidates receive the highest level of support and engagement.
  • Focus on operational excellence in recruitment by leveraging our tools to enhance metrics related to funnel efficiency, speed, quality of hire, candidate feedback, and diversity.
  • Collaborate with our extensive global talent acquisition team (including recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators) to elevate hiring standards in terms of quality, volume, and candidate experience.

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical recruiter in a rapidly growing or scaling organization.
  • Have experience managing a high-growth staffing plan in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, capable of articulating a compelling vision both verbally and in writing.
  • Have a track record of collaborating with and advising senior leadership.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Embrace a user-centric approach, with the capacity to listen to and understand the needs and perspectives of stakeholders.

  • Experience in an international work environment.

  • Fluency in both English and French.
