Senior Technical Recruiter (Frontend)
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Recruiter to identify and attract top-tier Frontend Software Engineers for our Engineering division across the EMEA region. This position will oversee the complete recruitment process: serving as the initial contact for prospective candidates, playing a pivotal role in recognizing exceptional talent, conveying the Datadog narrative, and acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ultimately transforming outstanding candidates into valuable team members.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: Actively source, evaluate, and assess candidates to ensure their qualifications align with open positions. Collaborate closely with sourcing teams to gather market intelligence and drive our candidate outreach efforts. Work in partnership with Engineering Leaders across various regions to strategically plan hiring initiatives across multiple products and teams. Create strategies to build and maintain both active and passive talent pipelines to address roles of varying complexities while maintaining high-volume hiring. Innovate messaging, job descriptions, and external content/events to enhance our talent acquisition efforts. Stay informed about the latest recruitment strategies, market trends, and organizational changes. Ensure a positive interview experience for candidates and hiring managers by fostering strong relationships. Improve our recruitment processes by refining interview practices, training interview teams, and developing programs to unlock potential opportunities. Proactively address challenges across the region and collaborate with partners within the recruiting organization and overall people team.Qualifications:
Self-sufficient with a proven ability to manage multiple roles independently. Experienced in articulating value propositions, negotiating, and securing top candidates. Capable of operating with urgency throughout all stages of the recruitment cycle. Proficient in navigating a dynamic recruitment landscape. Skilled in data-driven decision-making and prioritizing tasks effectively.
