Project Sales Lead France

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Project Manager to join our team in France. As a Sales Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop customized solutions for customers.
- Work closely with the Key Account Management (KAM) team to implement solutions on-site with customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Translate customer requirements into structured project plans to steer projects.
- Ensure each defined offer is delivered in agreed quality and on time.
- Close collaboration with the vehicle project team, engineers, service and IT solution teams, and organizing co-construction workshops with our customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management in fields such as logistics, trucks/transportation, leasing and financing, fleet management, electromobility (charging, vehicles), or automotive software and online solutions.
- Strong customer orientation, high willingness to learn, and agile work approach.
- Fluent English and French language skills.
- Highly familiar with remote work using MS Office applications like Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the CRM tool Salesforce.
