CRM and Sales Process Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our CRM and sales process initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: Develop and implement CRM policies, procedures, and standards from the ground up. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness within the CRM database. Train and support sales and customer service teams on CRM usage and best practices.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement. Design and implement streamlined sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and enforce sales process guidelines and workflows.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and recommendations to the sales leadership team. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives.
  • Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in CRM management and sales operations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and with agility in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for building and improving processes
  • Fluent English, other language as nice to have
