Drive Sales Excellence at Tetra Pak

We are seeking a driven Business Expert to join our Sales Management team. As a key member, you will drive the implementation of SalesForce, Customer Experience, and Sales capability improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales management process improvements and account management strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales resources across packaging, processing, and service businesses to drive S&CM process governance and maturity.
  • Establish a local center of excellence for assigned sales processes, including account planning, value selling, sales forecasting, CRM, and master data quality.
  • Train and support end-users in adopting process, tools, and reports.
  • Conduct maturity assessments and align with local and central teams on gaps and improvement actions.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of Sales-and-Customer Management processes.
  • Very good knowledge of Sales-And-Customer Management systems and master data (mainly SAP, CX master data app, CRM).
  • A bachelor's degree or similar, or a completed apprenticeship with a successful track record in agile working.
  • Good communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. French and Dutch are a plus.
