Sales Process Improvement Manager

We are seeking a driven Business Expert to join our Sales Management team. As a key member, you will drive the implementation of SalesForce, Customer Experience, and Sales capability improvement initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales management process improvements and account management strategies
- Collaborating with sales resources across packaging, processing, and service businesses to drive S&CM process governance and maturity
- Establishing a local center of excellence for assigned sales processes, including account planning, value selling, sales forecasting, CRM, and master data quality
- Driving adoption of process, tools, and reports through training and end-user support
- Conducting maturity assessments and aligning with local and central teams on gaps and improvement actions
Requirements:
- Good understanding of Sales-and-Customer Management processes
- Very good knowledge of Sales-And-Customer Management systems and master data (mainly SAP, CX master data app, CRM)
- A bachelor's degree or similar, or a completed apprenticeship with a successful track record in agile working
- Good communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; French and Dutch are a plus
