Your Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the Sales Manager in coordinating commercial activities and overseeing the performance of the sales team.

- Contribute to the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of talented sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and actionable insights that drive optimal results.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-up interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting brand loyalty.
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination of commercial activities and a unified customer experience.
