Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee administrative functions related to sales operations. This role is essential for ensuring smooth processes and effective customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative duties associated with sales, including managing contracts, pricing strategies, invoicing, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Enhance billing procedures and streamline customer payment workflows.
- Track customer accounts and assess financial stability.
- Guarantee adherence to sales protocols and contractual obligations.
Regulatory Oversight:
- Manage import and export documentation and operations.
- Ensure compliance with taxation laws and client requirements.
- Administer cross-border waste management contracts and necessary permits.
Candidate Profile:
- Possess a minimum of Bac+2 qualification or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in a comparable position.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with various IT tools.
- Knowledge of the English language is advantageous.
