The Role
We're seeking a Senior Partner Success Manager to join our growing, high-performing team. Reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships, you will be a self-starter who is extremely driven and has proven experience within account management or business development with revenue accountability.
You will love being multi-functional, wearing plenty of hats as you juggle the needs of your partners. You will also have the ability to communicate to all levels of the business and coordinate across technology, marketing, and sales to drive outcomes for both GoodHabitz and your partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall account management for the allocated book of distribution partners.
- Drive growth from our partner network through consistent and thoughtful partner engagement strategies, including sales enablement sessions, lunch and learns, co-marketing campaigns, webinars, etc., to deepen partner relationships and drive mutual success.
- Manage a pipeline of inbound new partners and ensure their success within the first 90 days and beyond as they become productive revenue-driving partners.
- Manage internal GoodHabitz stakeholders, including the teams in sales, marketing, integrations, customer success, and the design studios.
- Guide and manage partners through all elements of the enablement process from integration to activation.
- Work collaboratively with other partner success managers to drive global success.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership, sales, account management, or business development.
- Existing relationships or a strong network within the Education Technology industry preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (listening, explanatory, persuasion, negotiation).
- Good knowledge of or experience with CRM and reporting tools.
- High ability to empathize and be able to communicate to all levels of the business, on the phone, email, chat, and in person.
- Experience in contract negotiation.
- You will speak fluent English and also be a native French or German speaker, other languages desirable but not essential.
