We serve over 5,000 customers across various industries, including chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals. Our scope of services includes:

  • Developing and securing revenue and market share from existing customers and new business
  • Improving business development processes for specific services and products with strong sales engagements

Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Sales Manager, you will be accountable for:

  • Assisting with responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP's) and preparing presentations
  • Developing and implementing sales plans and sales campaigns to take advantage of market opportunities
  • Preparing annual and monthly budgets and reports, and achieving targeted budgets
  • Building strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities for creating value
  • Captitalizing on value creation opportunities by working closely with the sales and operations management team to develop creative workable solutions to customer needs
  • Facilitating cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and leverage relationships in order to better penetrate the market
  • Facilitating regular meetings with clients and relevant operations staff to evaluate performance and receive updates from clients on challenges and future plans
  • Providing marketing support and knowledge within the company for all products and services
  • Ensuring collection of payments within the shortest time

Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for a charismatic and confident individual with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of industry experience
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong ability to analyze situations and make good decisions based on available information
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures

Location:

This role can be based in any of our France offices: Marseille, Lyon, Le Havre, or Paris.
