Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Global Sales Director to join our team and lead our international sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our brand presence across Europe, the US, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, wholesalers, and distributors to maximize sales opportunities and expand brand presence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales channels, including partnerships, collaborations, and retail opportunities, to further strengthen the brand's market position.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with brand positioning and messaging.
  • Provide product training and support to retail partners and sales teams to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in international sales within the jewellery, watch, or fashion lifestyle sector, with a strong understanding of retail sales processes and channels.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Fluency in English and French; willingness to travel as needed to support sales activities and attend industry events.
