Description du poste

Nous recherchons un Business Manager/Ingénieur d'Affaires H/F pour rejoindre notre équipe de développement commercial. Vous serez en charge du développement commercial de nos activités dans le domaine du nucléaire, notamment la vente de prestations d'assistance technique en ingénierie, la gestion de comptes et la réponse aux appels d'offres sur la région Lyonnaise.

Missions

  • Prospecter de nouveaux clients/marchés dans le cadre de la stratégie définie par la Business Unit pour développer le chiffre d'affaires sur votre périmètre.
  • Analyser les besoins des clients et réaliser des études de faisibilité correspondantes.
  • Élaborer les propositions commerciales aux clients.
  • Assurer le suivi du portefeuille clients et favoriser des relations commerciales sur la durée en fidélisant les clients et partenaires.
  • Répondre aux appels d'offre et assurer la négociation clients.
  • Analyser les évolutions du marché afin d'adapter les offres de service.
  • Déployer l'ensemble du processus de recrutement.
  • Recruter et manager les collaborateurs en missions chez les clients.

Qualifications

Vous devez avoir une formation d'Ingénieur avec une expérience opérationnelle de 3 ans minimum acquise au sein d'une société d'ingénierie, sur de la vente de prestations d'assistance technique et/ou autres activités. Vous devez également être autonome, organisé, curieux, dynamique et avoir le goût du challenge. Vos qualités relationnelles vous permettent de travailler facilement en équipe et de manière transversale avec les interlocuteurs internes et externes.
