The Infrastructure Team Leader is tasked with guiding technical teams and serves as a key architect and technical authority in selecting implementation solutions. The primary responsibilities encompass:

  • Team Oversight and Coordination:
    • Allocate tasks based on team projections
    • Direct, organize, schedule, and oversee team operations
  • Design and Management:
    • Develop and present the technical framework of the information system
    • Oversee projects and provide insights to stakeholders regarding the evolution of the information system
  • Planning, Organization, and Management:
    • Create and track workload schedules
    • Negotiate team objectives and resource allocation
    • Oversee budgetary matters in collaboration with procurement
    • Ensure coherence across projects and applications
  • IT Strategy:
    • Engage in strategic IT decisions and project structuring
  • Staff Development:
    • Evaluate individual and collective competencies and training requirements
    • Identify and implement necessary measures for the advancement and operation of IT architecture
  • Desired Profile:
