Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at IFS. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the enterprise software market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts to identify new business opportunities.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data in CRM systems to ensure timely and informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, with a strong understanding of the Service Management (Field Service) solutions market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
