About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at PubMatic, you will play a key role in onboarding premium publishers and driving value to your accounts through active engagement and a consultative approach. You will be responsible for ensuring PubMatic exceeds publisher expectations while protecting their brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for maximum impact and quick resolutions.
  • Optimize, analyze performance, and deliver value to accounts.
  • Travel to client sites for regular strategic business review meetings.
  • Maintain day-to-day contact with premium publishers.
  • Manage and develop trusting partnerships through the client life-cycle.
  • Optimize, track, and analyze performance. Discover opportunities and resolve escalations using original thought and analysis.
  • Act as a tactical client contact with premium publisher clients to deliver value to accounts through recommendations and act as a relay for brand control and escalation management.
Key Skills Required
  • Relevant experience in a client-facing role in the advertising industry.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising and programmatic trading.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Creative, independent problem solver.
  • Flexible, startup mindset.
  • Ability to cope with pressure and setbacks.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Effective communicator and presenter.

  • Good understanding of technical resolutions is a bonus.
