Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of customers, providing proactive support and solutions to their needs.
- Upsell our services, including Anka Shipping, Anka Pay, and Anka Marketplace.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and deliver bi-weekly webinars to educate customers on our services.
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success role.
- Proven track record of success in customer retention and growth.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
