Senior HR Consultant, Employee Relations Expert

We're seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our Employee Relations team in France. As a Senior HR Consultant, you'll play a critical role in empowering Microsoft's business performance and inclusive culture through human-centered, data-driven coaching and global solutions.
Responsibilities- Direct and resolve complex employee relations issues, collaborating with managers, peers, and the Legal profession as needed.
- Partner with Global Employee Relations, Workplace Investigations, and Business & Regulatory Investigations to investigate serious cases and implement remediation.
- Design and recommend interventions to foster an open, inclusive, and Microsoft-values-based environment.
- Provide expert consulting services to managers and employees on HR programs, processes, and initiatives.
- Lead data analytics and organizational health diagnostics, generating insights and recommending action plans to business leaders.
- Enhance manager capability through one-on-one consulting and coaching, or by engaging relevant stakeholders and HR partners.
- Collaborate with peer disciplines and global HR partners to contribute insights and provide capability building support.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence to implement scalable HR programs and processes.
- Lead the design and implementation of local HR projects or programs, providing project guidance and prioritization.
- Interpret and advocate Microsoft values and compliance with HR policies, identifying potential risks and collaborating with the Legal profession.
- Lead the localization and update of policies and procedures related to managed projects and programs.
- Manage and oversee queries coming through the CRM/queue management system, assessing severity levels and determining management approach.
