Senior Client Success Manager

Position Description
We are seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to join our team at Amundi Technology. As a Senior Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients achieve their strategic outcomes through our technology and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deliver Client Success Plans (CSPs) to drive client satisfaction and retention
- Orchestrate CSP delivery across Amundi Technology and beyond
- Lead the Client Success team to create a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Monitor and improve client satisfaction through regular feedback and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, mathematics, or computer science
- At least 10 years of experience in business, with 5+ years in support management
- Proven experience in managing full life cycle implementations and business development opportunities
- Knowledge of investment value chains and front-to-back office processes
- Fluent French and English language skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with Jira and Confluence
